FARMER JOHN® Applewood Bacon

Hardwood smoked and thick cut, this tasty bacon is sweet and smoky, all in the same bite.


1. Heat broiler for 10 minutes.
2. Place separated bacon slices on broiler rack or pan 4-5 inches below heat.
3. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side.


1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Separate slices and place in a shallow pan or rack.
3. Cook for 15-20 minutes; no turning or draining necessary.

Pan Fry/Skillet

1. Place slices of bacon in a cold skillet.
2. Cook over low-medium heat to desired crispness, turning frequently.
3. When done, drain bacon on a paper towel.
